7 SUMERIAN TABLETS DEFINE THE ERA OF CONTACT!
Uma das tabuletas diz: quando
a Terra completar 7 bilhões e 412 mil habitantes, e 3 parâmetros forem
cumpridos, os Observadores entrariam em cena... Isso foi gravado há 4 mil anos!
One of the tablets states: when the Earth reaches a population of 7
billion 412 thousand, and three parameters are met, the Observers will step
in... This was recorded 4,000 years ago!
NOTAS DO BLOG (ENGLISH BELOW)

BLOG NOTES
- In the previous post (from today), STONES LEVITATING TO THE SOUND OF DRUMSAND TRUMPETS, I mention how I stumbled upon the channel that posted about this. After taking a coffee break, I decided to check out some videos from the two channels (sister channels) mentioned, and I watched the two videos cited above.
- You need to watch the first one and then the other to get the story in its most fascinating and complete version!
- I decided to post again to provide an English translation of the descriptive text for the two videos, in case some people are unable to translate it themselves.
- So, for those who understand Portuguese, please read the descriptive text below the videos.
- Ah: My initial theory was that we reached the cited number of inhabitants around 2012, when the countdown would begin (not the end of the world—but the end of an era), and, to see if my hunch was right, I asked the AI, and it reported that we reached 7.2 billion in 2012!
VIDEO 1 DESCRIPTION
In 1876, a British archaeologist named George Smith was excavating the
ruins of Ashurbanipal's library in Nineveh when he unearthed a clay tablet that
he would never have time to fully translate.
Smith died of dysentery in Aleppo just 6 months later, at the age of 36.
His personal diaries were shipped to London. 7 diaries in total. Only 4
arrived. The official record of the British Museum lists the other 3 as
"lost in transit."
But an 1879 letter from a British Museum employee to his sister confirms
that 7 arrived, and that 3 were taken to the private office of a senior
curator—never seen again. The tablet itself was quietly cataloged, and public
access to it remains restricted to this day. You cannot photograph it. You
cannot request access without institutional credentials. You cannot even
confirm its presence in the catalog without a written request that has been
routinely denied.
The content, according to partial translations that have leaked over the
last 5 decades: the Sumerians wrote that the SKY IS NOT INFINITE. It has a
ceiling.
A solid dome at EXACTLY 100 kilometers high — which corresponds to the
modern Kármán Line, formalized by the International Aeronautical Federation in
1960 as the official boundary between the atmosphere and space.
Above the ceiling, according to the tablet, there is a region inhabited by "the great ones on the other side of the portal" — the observers. They observe the Earth's surface continuously. And the text contains 3 central cuneiform words:
NAMLULU — "the counting of humans"
KINGGALTU — "the assessment"
USHUMGALU — "the great one who waits" And
a specific number as a trigger:
SEVEN BILLION FOUR HUNDRED AND TWELVE MILLION.
The number at which the assessment ends and "kur-gar-ra" — the
descent or entry — begins. The human population of Earth in 2400 BC, when the
tablet was inscribed, was 27 million. Twenty-seven million.
The scribe could never have calculated or projected 7.4 billion. But he
wrote that exact number. Earth passed 7 billion in October 2011. It passed 7.4
billion in 2022. Today, we are approximately 8.15 billion—4 years BEYOND the
Sumerian threshold.
The final phrase on the tablet, verified in 5 independent translations
over the last 70 years, is: "whoever reads these markings already living
beyond the number, will know that the waiting is over." You are living
beyond the number. Now.
VIDEO 2 DESCRIPTION
Someone is watching you. And they have been doing so for 4,000 years.
Not a metaphor. Not a religious concept. A technical statement inscribed on seven distinct clay tablets, discovered by four different European institutions over the course of 75 years, and independently verified by multiple researchers.
What these seven tablets describe is this.
Above the dome of the sky—what the Sumerians called "an-ki-a" and modern physics calls the Kármán line—there are observers. Not one. Not two. An entire class of entities organized into THREE distinct functional categories.
The first: NAMLULU. The counters. They simply keep a record. How many humans exist, where they are, the rate at which they reproduce, the rate at which they die.
The second: KINGGALTU. The evaluators. They analyze qualitatively. What capabilities we develop. What technologies we produce. What collective behavioral patterns we exhibit.
The third: USHUMGALU. The waiters. They await a specific moment.
And this is where things start to get truly unsettling. Because the tablets list THREE PARAMETERS that define when the waiting ends. And all three are being met RIGHT NOW.
Parameter 1: the count reaches 7,412,000,000 people. Earth surpassed this exact number in 2022.
Parameter 2: humanity develops four specific technological capabilities—instant global communication, arbitrary temporal recording, planetary remote observation, and targeted genetic modification. INTERNET. DIGITAL VIDEO. GOOGLE EARTH. CRISPR-CAS9.
All achieved in recent years. The last one—CRISPR—only in 2012, with the Nobel Prize in Chemistry going to Jennifer Doudna of Berkeley and Emmanuelle Charpentier of the Max Planck Institute in 2020.
Parameter 3: a specific astronomical configuration. In 2023, Robert Bauval calculated that this configuration enters an active window between 2025 and 2037.
Three parameters. All converging *now*.
And the most striking part: this exact structure—external observers who count, evaluate, and await a technological threshold—is what MIT physicist John Ball proposed in the journal *Icarus* in 1973 as the "Zoo Hypothesis."
Ball reached the same conclusion as the Sumerian scribes. But he did so 4,000 years later.
In 2008, Chinese writer Liu Cixin articulated a darker alternative version: the "Dark Forest Theory." The observers aren't benign. They are strategically cautious. And when you reach sufficient technological capacity to pose a threat, the intervention is preemptive.
Which of the two versions is correct?
The tablets don't say. They leave the question open.
What they *do* say—and this is found on the seventh tablet (VAT 17023, excavated by the Germans in Uruk in the 1920s and finally translated in 2021)—is this:
"He who reads this text while living in that moment will know that the wait is over."
You are reading it. You are living in that moment. The wait is over.
You’ll find out what comes next along with the rest of us.

See you in the next one.
